Cookie Policy
Last updated 3 November 2026
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This policy explains which ones Fluuk uses and how to change your choices. For how we handle personal information generally, see our Privacy Policy.
Essential cookies
These are needed for Fluuk to work, so they are always on.
fluuk_consent — remembers your cookie choices. Kept for 180 days.
Sign-in cookies (names beginning sb-) — keep you signed in securely. They last while you stay signed in.
Stripe — when you enter card details, Stripe sets its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud.
Analytics cookies — only if you allow them
These help us understand how Fluuk is used so we can improve it. They are only set after you choose to allow analytics, and they stop when you withdraw that choice.
visitor_id — Fluuk's own anonymous visitor ID, used to count visits and page views. Kept for 2 years.
Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_…) — measures visits and how people find and use the site. Kept for up to 2 years.
Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk and related cookies) — shows how pages are used, such as clicks and scrolling, so we can fix confusing pages. Kept for up to 1 year.
We do not use advertising cookies.
Changing your choices
Use the Cookie preferences button at the foot of this page (or the cookie button shown on other pages) to allow or withdraw analytics at any time. When you withdraw, we stop setting analytics cookies and clear Fluuk's own visitor ID. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings, though you may then need to sign in again.
